Obertauern cable cars

Obertauern is one of the most snow-safe ski resorts in the Alps. That means perfect piste conditions for you from the end of November until early May. In the midst of the fantastic mountains of Salzburger Land, at 1,630 to 2,313 metres above sea level, 1 cabin cable car, 17 chair lifts, 2 combi chair/cabin cable cars and 6 T-bar lifts are waiting just for you, along with roughly 100 kilometres of dreamy ski pistes and 31 kilometres of cross-country trails.

Obertauern ski pass that are valid 1.5 days and more, are also valid in the Grosseck - Speiereck ski resort in Mauterndorf, which is approx. 15 kilometres away. For guests with their own ski equipment, the Obertauern ski pass is also your ski bus ticket (ski bus tickets for groups and ski passes for school groups are available at a surcharge). The free ski buses operate hourly in both directions. Are you looking for freedom and adventure on and off the pistes? Then this is the place for you since the famous Tauern circuit takes you from one dreamy slope to the next.
