3-LAKE HIKE | 10 AM TO 2 PM

The whole family hikes from the mountain pass along the nature reserve up to the Grünwaldsee. They then pass through the Hochalm to reach the Krummschnabelsee, continue on to the Dikt'n Alm, and reach the Hundsfeldsee. Shortly after, they return to the centre of Obertauern.

PONY TREKKING IN TWENG | 10.30 AM TO NOON

We hike around Tweng‘s magnificent nature with our adorable four-legged playmates. We learn how to handle ponies properly, care for them and, of course, what to feed them. For this, the children will require sturdy footwear.

HERBAL WALK with nini | 10AM TO NOON

Which edible herbs grow in Obertauern? Experience Obertauern’s wide range of meadow herbs and learn how to use them in the kitchen for your health and personal care.

Meeting point: Passhöhe

MOUNTAIN YOGA with nini | 4.30PM TO 5.30PM

Together, we will find our centre through regenerative movements, controlled breathing, and Obertauern’s calming nature.
You can register for this course until Thursday 6pm.

SURVIVAL-HIKING | 10 AM TO 00:30 PM

You learn to read nature and cooperate with it. How can I orient myself in the mountains? What kind of food can I find there? How do I overcome obstacles? How do I start a fire? This workshop is child-friendly and truly WILD in every sense of the word!

Meeting point: Grünwaldkopf

HIGH ON THE ROPE | 1 PM TO 3 PM

Here, the whole family learns how to use climbing equipment in a playful way. Prove your courage and skill in the child-friendly high ropes course under the supervision of qualified climbing guides as you enjoy the magnificent panorama.

WE ARE BUILDING A BASECAMP | 10 AM TO 00:30 PM

In this family-friendly workshop, you will learn how to build a small shelter in the wilderness using various techniques. For this purpose, a short hike will be taken into the impressive "Taurachschlucht" near Untertauern.

Meeting point: Wildpark - Untertauern 

TWENG’S WILD LANTSCHFELD | 10.30 AM TO 12.30 PM

On this unique family hike, you will learn how water and valleys influence nature and life in the mountains. Tweng Lantschfeld is known for its wilderness, which merits a closer look. We start directly in Tweng at the municipal office and hike to the Tennwasserfall. The circular route ends back at the municipal office.

TRAIL RUNNING INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP | 2:30 PM TO 4 PM

Experience the tranquillity and beauty of our nature reserve while refining your running and breathing techniques as part of our trail running beginner workshop.
