Use of Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags via an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains effective for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will never associate your IP address with other data held by Google. Use of Google Maps

On our site, we use the component "Google Maps" from the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google". Each time the "Google Maps" component is called, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when displaying the page where the "Google Maps" component is integrated. This cookie is usually not deleted when the browser is closed but expires after a certain time unless you manually delete it beforehand. If you do not agree with this processing of your data, there is the option to deactivate the "Google Maps" service and thereby prevent the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you must disable the JavaScript function in your browser. However, we point out that in this case, you will not be able to use "Google Maps" or will only be able to use it with restrictions. The use of "Google Maps" and the information obtained via "Google Maps" is carried out in accordance with the Google Terms of Service http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html as well as the additional terms of service for "Google Maps" https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

Use of the AddThis Plugin

On our website, so-called social plugins ("plugins") from the bookmarking service AddThis, operated by AddThis LLC, Inc. 8000 Westpark Drive, Suite 625, McLean, VA 2210, USA ("AddThis"), are used. The plugins are usually marked with an AddThis logo, for example in the form of a white plus sign on an orange background. An overview of the AddThis plugins and their appearance can be found here: www.addthis.com/get/sharing. When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of AddThis. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from AddThis to your browser and embedded into the page. Through this embedding, AddThis receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website and stores a cookie on your device to identify your browser. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly by your browser to a server of AddThis in the USA and stored there. AddThis uses the data to create anonymized user profiles, which serve as the basis for personalized and interest-based advertising of visitors to websites with AddThis plugins. Please refer to the AddThis privacy policy for the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by AddThis: www.addthis.com/privacy/privacy-policy. If you wish to object to data collection by AddThis in the future, you can set an opt-out cookie, which you can download at the following link: www.addthis.com/privacy/opt-out. You can also completely prevent the loading of AddThis plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g., with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/)."

Use of the Remarketing or "Similar Audiences" Function of Google Inc.

The provider uses the Remarketing or "Similar Audiences" function of Google Inc. ("Google") on the website. Using this function, the provider can target visitors of the website with advertising by displaying personalized, interest-based ads to visitors of the provider's website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network. To carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for creating interest-based advertisements, Google uses so-called cookies. For this purpose, Google stores a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browsers of the website visitors. This number records visits to the website as well as anonymized data about the use of the website. No personal data of the website visitors is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that very likely take into account previously viewed product and information areas. You can permanently disable the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the further opt-out information provided there. Further information about Google Remarketing and Google's privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.

Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad served by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days, contain no personal data, and therefore do not serve personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. In this process, customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with conversion tracking. However, they do not receive any information that would allow users to be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through the appropriate settings of your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information as well as Google's privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/, http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Privacy Policy for the Use of Facebook

Plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated on our pages. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like Button" ("Like") on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like Button" while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We point out that as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Use of Facebook Remarketing

The provider uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") on the website. By means of this function, the provider can target visitors of the website with advertising by displaying personalized, interest-based Facebook ads to visitors when they visit the social network Facebook. To implement this function, the provider's website includes the Facebook remarketing tag. This tag establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when the website is visited. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our web pages you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. Further information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your related rights, and options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If you do not want Facebook to immediately assign the collected information to your Facebook user account, you can deactivate the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function here. For this, you must be logged into Facebook.

Privacy Policy for the Use of Google+

With the help of the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide. Through the Google +1 button, you and other users receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Your +1s can be displayed as recommendations along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or in other places on websites and ads on the internet. Google records information about your +1 activities to improve Google services for you and others. To use the Google +1 button, you need a publicly visible, public Google profile that must at least contain the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can also replace another name you used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be shown to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you. In addition to the purposes explained above, the information you provide is used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policies.
