Ski Pass Prices

Here you will find the current season times and prices for the Obertauern ski area. The Obertauern ski pass, valid from 1.5 days, is also valid in the Grosseck–Speiereck ski area in Mauterndorf, around 15 km away.

Point cards are valid only in the Obertauern ski area. 400 points and 250 points valid for 2 winter seasons; variable point card (max. 150 points) valid for 1 winter season. The point card can only be used by one person and is non-transferable.

Purchase tickets directly at the valley stations of the cable cars.

The Obertauern Winter Card is also valid in Grosseck / Speiereck. Winter Cards are linked to a specific person and cannot be transferred or resold to others. In case of misuse, the card will be revoked, a court report will be filed, and a claim for damages will be made. Therefore, please use only the cards issued personally to you!

Family discount when purchasing Winter Cards
A family receives free Winter Cards for all additional younger children/youths of the family (born 2007 or later) if Winter Cards are purchased simultaneously for the two oldest children or youths. Proof of family relationship is required. Winter Cards purchased afterwards cannot be credited towards the family discount. This regulation applies when purchasing Winter Cards in the Obertauern pool, Lungo, and Salzburg Super Ski Card. It is not necessary to purchase a Winter Card for a parent.

CHILD: Born 2011 - 2020
Children up to their 6th birthday ride free when accompanied by parents. (The accompanying person of the child requires a ski pass corresponding to their age group!) 
A lift ticket is required when attending a ski course! 
ATTENTION! It is not permitted for an adult accompanying person with a regular ski pass to supervise a group of children under 6 years old within the framework of, for example, privately organized ski courses by "self-arrived" ski instructors. 
In that case, a separate children's time ticket or point card must be purchased for each child under 6 years!
For toddlers up to their 6th birthday, a free lift ticket is provided during the attendance of a ski course at the following local ski schools: Ski School CSA, Ski School Top, Ski School Koch, Ski School Frau Holle, Ski School Krallinger. 
Children born in 2011 or earlier generally require a children's time ticket or a children's point card for attending ski school.

YOUTH: Born 2008 - 2010. 
Proof of age is required both when purchasing tickets and during checks in the ski area with photo ID.

DISCOUNTED: Disabled (from 70% disability) Presentation of the disability ID is required.
Seniors: Born 1962 and earlier
