For cancellations up to three months before arrival we charge € 50.- processing fee per apartment. 3 months to 1 month 40%; 1 month to 7 days 70% and within 7 days prior your arrival 100% of the total booking amount. In the event of late or early arrival, the confirmed booking time must be paid in full. The cancellation right in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not applicable, however the General Terms & Conditions for the hotel trade do apply (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) and/or § 5 of the AGBH 2006.
