A deposit of 30% of the total price of the booked room (s) / apartment (s) is due within a certain period.

WINTER
For cancellations of bookings for the period from 15.11.2024 to 15 05.2025, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• For cancellations up to 91 days before the arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of € 50,- per booked apartment/room.
• For cancellations between 90 days and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booked package price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 30 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booked arrangement price will be charged.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked package price will be charged.

SUMMER
For cancellations of bookings for the period from 01.07.2024 to 31.10. 2024, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of € 50,- per booked apartment/room.
• In case of cancellation between 14 days and 8 days prior to the arrival date, 70 % of the booked package price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 7 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booked package price will be charged.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked package price will be charged.

The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the above cancellation conditions apply. Otherwise the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
