SUMMER 2023- Cancellation conditions
- Until 7 days (3:00 p.m.) before the guest’s arrival date, the accommodation contract can be canceled through a unilateral declaration by either party.
- Within the last week of the guest's arrival date 90 % of the total agreed price accrues;
- 100 % of the total agreed price is payable on the day of arrival.
WINTER 2022/2023 - Cancellation conditions for individual bookings (for up to 4 rooms)
In case of a cancellation
- Up to at least 14 days or more before the planned day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled unilaterally.
- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the total agreed price accrues;
- within the last week before the date of arrival 90 % of the total agreed price accrues;
- if there is a no-show on the date of arrival 100 % of the total agreed price accrues.
