Should you be late arriving or early departing, you will be charged the entire lodging price
Cancellation conditions:
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the following cancellation conditions apply to our house:
In order to avoid cancellation fees, we must receive written notification of cancellation at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. For cancellations within six weeks of your arrival, the total price of the booked period will be charged. Should a deposit have already been paid, it will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.
Travel cancellation insurance:
Do not dispense with travel cancellation insurance. Cancellation fees will always be charged. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. We therefore recommend that you arrange travel cancellation insurance!
