!!! Our general terms and conditions apply:
If you cancel up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be retained. 
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the booking price. 
In case of late arrival, early departure or "no-show", the full booking price will be charged.
!!! Only entire rooms and not single beds from booked rooms can be canceled.
!!! No reimbursement in the event of failure to take breakfast and / or dinner (even if you do not arrive).
!!! If you change your booking in less than 7 nights, the "short booking price" will be charged.

!!! If we are forced to close our hotel due to a pandemic and a regulation (and your booking falls within this blocking period), we will cancel free of charge and the deposit received will also be returned in full.

To pay your hotel bill: We accept Visa, Mastercard or EC card (ATM card) from an invoice amount (rest after down payment) of € 301. Up to € 300, please pay your hotel bill in cash on site.
Table drinks and restaurant consumption are to be paid for in cash by our employees.
