Free cancellation option (also valid for the family members or roommates booked) if at the start of the holiday (two days before or later):

- the journey to the Salzburger Land or Obertauern is not permitted due to COVID-19 or one's own departure from the home country is prohibited
- a travel warning from your country for our region is issued
- our hotel and / or the ski lifts must not be open
Our cancellation conditions for winter 2022/23, which are relaxed regardless of the carefree package:
Can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months before the day of arrival without giving a reason
Up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
In the last week before the day of arrival and in the event of early departure 90% of the (total) arrangement price, unless we can sublet the room accordingly!
