Cancellation terms
Cancellations are only accepted in written format. The terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations are applied

Up to 3 month before arrival we charge no cancellation fee.
From to 3 to 1 month before arrival 40% of the room rate will be charged.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 90 % of the room rate will be charged.
