Pioneers of German-language hip-hop, the soundtrack of entire generations, originals for over 30 years: Die Fantastischen Vier will kick off Skiopening Week 2026 on November 28.

In 1991, Smudo, Thomas D, Michi Beck and And.Ypsilon released “Jetzt Geht’s Ab,” the first German-language hip-hop album—laying the foundation for an entire genre. A year later, “Die da!?!?” followed and stormed the Top Ten. Since then, hits like “MFG,” “Troy,” “Sie ist weg,” “Tag am Meer,” and “Zusammen” have become the soundtrack for millions of people.

More than 30 years later, Die Fantastischen Vier are still the same four originals: authentic, high-energy, and passionate. With over 1,000 concerts and countless chart-topping successes, they are among the most important names in German music history. On November 28, they bring that energy to Obertauern—an opening night in a class of its own.
