People participating in the First.Track event expressly consent to being filmed and photographed.
Furthermore, the photographed participants consent to the use and publication of these photos and videos for marketing measures, including catalogues and websites of Obertauern, advertising for Obertauern (e.g. photo galleries, newspapers, magazines, etc.), and on electronic media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) If you do not want to be photographed or filmed during the event you have to inform the tourism office in advance and in writing, or the person in charge on the day of the event.
