- 13:00 – 17:00 PM: Bib number distribution (Tauernsaal in the Haus des Gastes, 1st floor)
- 13:00 – 20:30 PM: Drop bag drop-off for Trail Ultra as well as Marathon, Short, ½ Marathon and Easy Trail on Saturday
(Tauernsaal in the Haus des Gastes, 1st floor, unguarded ) - 2:00 PM: Opening of the Expo Area and food truck (starting area at the pass summit)
- 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Drop bag drop-off for transport to the finish line of the SCARPA Seekarspitz Vertical (pick-up in the starting area at the pass summit)
- 5:00 PM: Start SCARPA Seekarspitz Vertical (4.6 km / 467 m elevation gain) (Starting area at the pass summit)
- 6:15 PM: Finish line closes for SCARPA Seekarspitz Vertical (4.6 km / 467 m elevation gain) (Panorama cable car mountain station)
- 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM: Minibus shuttles between Kringsalm cable car mountain station (179 m below the finish line) and the starting area at the pass summit
- 6:30 PM.: SCARPA Seekarspitz Vertical awards ceremony next to or inside the Kringsalm cable car mountain station (179 m below the finish line)
- 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Bib number distribution (Tauern Hall in the House of the Guest, 1st floor)
- 8:30 PM.: Closing of the Expo Area and food truck (starting area at the pass summit)

- From approximately 12:15 Pm: Finish line of the RAIFFEISEN Trail Ultra 8 Summits (start and finish area at the mountain pass)
- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: OTS press talk “Austria’s Best at the 3rd OTS in Obertauern!” moderated by NN. With guests NN (tbd.) and NN (tbd.) as well as Director Mario Siedler (TVB Obertauern), Martin Doppler (SCARPA Austria) and Dipl.-Vw. Tobias Niermeier (Trail Pro-Events eU & organizer of the OTS).
- Immediately after each finish: As soon as the top three men and women in one of the five competitions have crossed the finish line , and no other top three finishers are expected, the respective awards ceremony will take place immediately on the stage. (Start and finish area at the pass summit)
- Around 5:00 PM: Competition Office/Race Office closes (Guest House, 1st floor)
- 9:00 PM: Closing of the Expo Area and food truck (start and finish area at the pass summit)
- From 9:00 PM: Official Sanct Bernhard Sport Obertauern Trailrun Summit (OTS) After Race Party at the Lazy Flamingo , directly opposite the start/finish area (pass summit) in the Hotel Alpina, Römerstraße 53, 5562 Obertauern. Burgers, pizza, fries, cold drinks and other beverages will be available!
- 9:30 PM: Finish line closes at the pass summit

- 1:00 PM: Finish line closes and medal ceremony ends in Kringsalm
- 3:00 PM: Finish line closes and medal ceremony ends at Hochalm
