Adventure trail for the whole family!

Nestled within the impressive panorama of the Radstadt Tauern, halfway between Radstadt and Obertauern, lies the pristine alpine meadow of the Gnadenalm, far from the noise of traffic. Here, the family-friendly circular trail "Alles Alm" offers an enjoyable hiking experience for the entire family. The stroller-friendly paths wind picturesquely through vast meadows and fenced-in play areas, as if time had stood still.

"Alles Alm" provides insights into the rugged yet joyful life of those who once lived on the Gnadenalm. At ten themed stations, visitors learn fascinating facts, curious stories, and valuable information about life on the Alm, the natural surroundings, and the many animals. The starting and ending point is the observation tower by the large pine tree, where visitors can slide down for a bit of fun. Here is also the starting point for the entertaining "Alm Quiz."

Where is the "Alles Alm Rundweg" located?

The circular route starts directly at the Gnadenalm. Limited parking is available there (public transport by bus is recommended). From there, follow the signposted forest path to the Hintergnadenalmen and the Johannes waterfall.

How much time do I need to plan for this circular route?

Depending on how much time you want to spend at each station. If you plan around 2 hours, you can experience each station in comfort.

How long is the circular route?

The circular trail is suitable for buggies, is approx. 5 kilometres long and contains a total of 50 metres of elevation gain.

The hiking experience for the whole family!

Between the individual hiking sections, visitors can engage with a variety of Alm-related topics in an entertaining way, relaxing and taking in the beautiful views at themed rest areas. Children can play to their heart's content, balance on the oversized rake and scythe, visit the marmot family in their burrow, test their agility on the cow spot jumping mile, and much more. "Alles Alm" is free of charge and perfect for a half-day excursion. Numerous rustic mountain huts invite visitors to linger, and for those looking for even more, the impressive Johannes Waterfall is just a short distance away.
