Cable car hiking. A concept that speaks for itself. You know what it’s all about. However, the term doesn’t convey the adventure and experience of a cable car hike. The feeling is absolutely unique. You only have to imagine the following: you first start at the valley station for the Grünwaldkopfbahn. Full of expectation and anticipation you get into the cable car. A few moments later you are enjoying a panorama that can only be described as wonderful. Indeed, it is beautiful on alpine pastures like these. Just a few moments and a superb view from the cable car is what it takes to make this short trip to the top. At times, this journey feels like a gateway – a crossing into another world.
