A treatise about horse-riding might begin with the most well-worn of all quotes: ‘Happiness on this earth is being on horse-back.’ An old saying, perhaps heard and cited too often, but it is true. Give it a go. It works. Your happiness level increases the instant you sit on a horse, or are in a carriage being drawn by a horse - with or without that well-worn saying in your mind.
